#MakeNine2025 Sewing Plans

#MakeNine was created by Ro, a folk artist and pattern designer in 2015. She was was inspired by the “Best Nine” recap hashtag that was circling around Instagram, but instead she looked to the future and decided to share nine projects she wanted to make in the new year. I will be participating in #MakeNine for the first time in 2025 and have chosen to use my boards to focus on Black patterns designers. My MakeNine board will be supporting Black owned independent designers and pattern brands through my dollars: in purchasing their products, through my platforms, and sharing my makes of their designs.
